Why do we process personal data?
In order to serve you well as a webshop, we need personal data from you to do our job well. If you buy something from us, we have a contractual agreement, we must deliver the products properly.
For this we need your personal data, this is necessary for:

· Delivering an order
· Process returns and repairs
· Customer service contact
We may also use this information because we want to offer you the best possible experience in our webshop now and in the future.

How do we secure your data?
We do our utmost to protect your data as well as possible, both technically and organizationally. On a technical level, we adhere to the generally accepted safety regulations.
How long do we store your data?
•We delete inactive accounts after 7 years.
•These old Inactive accounts will also be removed from our newsletter list.
•We comply with the tax retention obligation, we are required to keep this data for 7 years.
We may retain anonymous data for a longer period (for example, the order amount so that we can compare and track our turnover over the years)
View and manage your own data
You can view your personal details in your account. You can delete and change address details yourself.
If you want to permanently delete your account, please email us at info@dermacare.nl.
Please provide the email address you registered with, we may ask you for additional information to ensure it is you.
Please note that after removal you are responsible for keeping your order details and invoices, as you may need them in the event of a warranty claim.
You can easily unsubscribe from the newsletter yourself by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter you have received.

Functional cookies
We use functional cookies on our site so that your shopping cart is remembered and you do not have to enter (login) details unnecessarily or multiple times.
In addition, we have cookies to keep track of your order amount, if you were referred to our website by a third party. This third party can receive compensation for this based on the order value.
