DR GRANDEL ELEMENTS OF NATURE HYDRO SOFT This soft moisturising cream, with vitamin F and aloe vera, intensively and long-lastingly saturates the skin with moisture. It eliminates the unpleasant tight feeling of dry skin, smoothes rough patches and has a calming effect. Usage:
In the morning and evening after cleansing with PURI SOFT, spread a hazelnut-sized amount of HYDRO SOFT Cream over the face, neck and décolleté - first care for the eye area with CONTOUR BALM.

Vitamin F :
Polyunsaturated fatty acids are indicated. The human body cannot synthesize these itself, but they must be supplied from outside. That is why they are also called essential fatty acids. The aloe vera used in DR. GRANDEL preparations comes exclusively from the leaves of the Aloe barbadensis Miller. The precious gel in the leaves is then laboriously extracted by hand. This is the viscous, colourless interior of the leaf (parenchyma), which is then further processed and stabilised using state-of-the-art production technology. Based on the extensive literature, the following cosmetic effect can be considered established for the aloe vera extracts obtained from the leaves of Aloe barbadensis Miller: calming, regenerating, decongestant, moisturising and natural sun protection.
Wheat germ oil:
Quality wheat germ is the starting product for the production of high-quality wheat germ oil. The most important fat-soluble active ingredient in wheat germ oil is vitamin E, in addition to linoleic acids. DR. GRANDEL wheat germ oil contains at least 0.25% vitamin E, which is achieved by various natural types of wheat germ oil. In addition to vitamin E, DR. GRANDEL wheat germ oil also contains carotene – the fat-soluble provitamin A. Wheat germ oil supports the natural regeneration process of the skin and is also very well tolerated. This oil is particularly suitable for treating dry and rough skin and gives the skin a silky-soft feeling.
Argan oil:
Argan oil is unusually rich in alpha-tocopherol, which exhibits the strongest vitamin E activity. Argan oil convinces with optimum freedom from irritation and an intensive moisturizing effect. In addition, it has a strong antioxidant effect and thus counteracts premature skin aging. ```
