The Dr. Spiller Cucumber toner is a brightening toner for oily and combination skin that is prone to spots. This toner has a cleansing and anti-inflammatory effect. The formula neutralizes the pH value of the skin and gives it a fresh and clean feeling. The toner refines the pores and hydrates the skin. How to use
