Before going to bed, cleanse the skin thoroughly with Medex for Men Cleansing Gel. Then massage a small amount of Active Nourishing Gel well with the fingertips, especially around the eyes and in the neck. If signs of weakness or fatigue are already apparent around or under the eyes, it is recommended to massage "Acti Protin" around the eyes. For older or severely affected skin, it is also recommended to apply "Acti Protin" during the day 5 to 10 minutes before applying the Active Nourishing Gel.
