Webecos Depigmentin is a cream that is used for hyperpigmentation. Explanation: in hyperpigmentation, the skin has produced too much melanin (pigment). The formation of this skin pigment occurs via a fairly complex oxidation process, in which tyrosine is converted into melanin with the help of the enzyme tyrosinase. This can occur due to sunlight (normal tanning), but also due to other causes within the skin itself, e.g. increased tyrosinase activity. Depigmentin contains Melaclear®, which is a complex of active ingredients contained in liposomes (for deeper skin penetration), which intervenes in a number of stages of the oxidation process, thereby inhibiting new melanin formation. The result can vary greatly per individual. Method: Apply Depigmentin twice a day; apply a nourishing cream after it has been absorbed into the skin.
